Our permitted business is selling Travel Insurance and European Breakdown cover. What to do if you have a complaint

If You are still not satisfied please write to the Head of Claims, UK Underwriting Ltd, 2 Gibraltar House, Bowcliffe Road, Leeds, LS10 1RJ.
If You are still not happy with the response You have received, You have the right to ask the Financial Ombudsman Service to review Your case.
Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme FSCS)?
We are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation
from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type
of business and the circumstances of the claim.
